About
From the workbench to incident response
I'm Steve Drew, founder of ForgeVanguard Cyber Consulting. I've worked in IT for over 15 years. I started out repairing and building systems and worked my way up to Regional System Admin, responsible for keeping infrastructure running and secure across multiple sites.
Today I'm focusing that experience on digital forensics and incident response (DFIR) and bug bounty work. Knowing how systems are built and administered day to day makes it easier to see how they get broken, and how to put them back together stronger.
